Passionate Educator with a Focus on Language Arts and Technology
Emerson is currently a Technical Instructor at a Bio-Medical
Technology company called Beckman Coulter Diagnostics. He has
earned his B.A in English from UCLA and M.A. in English from Cal
State Fullerton. After graduating, he pursued a career in
education by becoming a Test Preparation Instructor and
Independent College Consultant. For almost a decade, he taught and
mentored hundreds of middle school and high school students in
Southern California. During the Covid Pandemic, Emerson decided to
pursue his passion for technology by becoming a Software Quality
Assurance Engineer at Hyundai and Program Leader at Mercedes-Benz.
Today, when he is not teaching Laboratory Scientists and Engineers
how to effectively use automated systems involving Patient Data,
Robotics, and Chemistry, Emerson enjoys reading books on Business
and Leadership and programming in Python. His personality type is
INTJ.
